Now, as I finished my surgical residency, noted that there is a lot of knowledge that I acquired away from my books, experience from my older senior colleagues, noticing during working in various spots of the hospital. As happy as I am from gaining the knowledge I think it would be much easier if these knowledge were compiled in one source. and this is the aim of this group. I added all my colleagues, juniors and seniors trying to organizes the pathway of knowledge.
